Parent-Tot (18months to 3 Years)
This is a 45 minute class with active parent participation. The class meets once a week. Children will develop gross motor skills and learn basic gymnastic skills and terms. Smaller scale equipment is used. The class is taught in a very upbeat fashion with music allowing the child a positive attitude towards movement and physical activity. Organized physical activity can assist children in their socialization skills as well as give them a boost in their future academic development.
Parent-Tot (3 - 4 years)
This class builds on the Parent-Tot class for the younger child. More gymnastics skills and equipment will be introduced. The parent is actively involved in the class. The class is taught in a positive upbeat fashion with music and movement. In addition to gymnastics equipment, hula hoops, balls and the climbing rope will be used.

5 Year Olds
This one hour, co-ed class meets weekly. It focuses on basic gymnastic skills and terms, building on the Parent-Tot class. Skills include rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swinging, vaulting and balance beam basics.

6 & 7 Year olds
This one hour class meets weekly. At this point, boys and girls are separated. This separation facilitates learning since boys and girls have different events. The basic skills on each event are taught. This class builds on the skills learned in the 5 year old class. Basic routines will be incorporated into the lessons.

8 & 9 Year Olds
This one hour class meets weekly. The basic skills on each event are taught. This class continues to build on the 6-7 year old class. Some cross training will be used. The girls will be exposed to the boys' events and the boys exposed to the girls' events. Basic routines will be incorporated into the lessons.

10 Year Old and Up
This one hour class meets weekly. Basic and intermediate skills will be taught with exposure to all events. Some cross training will be used. The girls wil be exposed to the boys' events and the boys exposed to the girls' events. This class builds on the 8-9 year old class. Basic routines will be incorporated into the lessons.

Intermediate Program
This 90 minute class meets once or twice a week, your choice. Students should have previous gymnastics experience and have mastered the basic skills. Evaluation of gymnastic skills is required prior to enrollment into the intermediate Class.

** Although all classes "build" on the previous age group class, a child can start at any time. A beginner six (6) year old is taught the same as a beginner ten (10) year old - only with children their own age.
